Lampe Berger Paris

The air is even more pleasant when, like Lampe Berger, you are celebrating 110 years of innovation. The first Lampe Berger lamp was created in 1898 by Maurice Berger, a pharmacy dispenser, to purify the air in hospital wards.

Living conditions improved and cleansing of premises became an important preoccupation. The Lampe Berger lamp was to contribute effectively to the disinfection of hospitals from 1907 onwards. It was then seen in houses requiring the air to be cleaned.
1930: Fragrance began to provide a pleasurable dimension; the taste for beautiful objects also reached its peak and the Lampe Berger lamp became a collector's item.

Lampe Berger is a decorative home accessory that fragrances the air while purifying. Coveted by collectors for decades, Lampe Berger commissions Europe's foremost designers to create new products. Each lamp is then crafted in top French factories and filled with perfumes created by the same experts famous for France's most exquisite body perfumes.
The new Lampe Berger Catalytic Burner:a concentrate of innovation protected by 4 worldwide patents. Designed in glass, stoneware, ceramic, or Limoges porcelain.

Kim Seybert Placemats

LIFE IS A BANQUET
Not so very long ago, style for the home was a largely unexplored territory. Tabletop accessories were often extremely traditional, or pulled out only for the most special occasions. Kim Seybert launched a fresh perspective into this world by introducing her refined fashion sensibility and a love of rich color and texture. Combining her personal philosophy and extensive design experience, she created a supremely stylish collection for modern living.
Those who love to entertain are drawn to Kim Seybert's designs. Whether serving dinner on a yacht or outfitting a favorite picnic basket, customers share an attention to detail and a love of beauty that Kim herself treasures.

Her products are meant to be enjoyed, so please don't be afraid to use them! All products are hand made and hand dyed; therefore the colors may vary slightly from one dye lot to another. We recommend ordering the full amount needed, as a second shipment may not match exactly. All items are washed and tested prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the best quality possible. http://madisonavegifts.com/index.php?page=shop/browse&category_id=d08076fccd76aaf9f59c9e79f688749b

Arte Italica Celebrates 10 Years

Arte Italica was formed in 1997 by Ann Skidmore who was fascinated by Italian art, culture and design. Ann started the company by importing Italian pewter. Soon, she was importing ceramics, glass, bronze, and more. In 1999, Arte Italica became the first to combine pewter and ceramic into dinnerware, with our best-selling Tuscan collection. Continuing the tradition of introducing innovative products that are not to be found elsewhere in the marketplace, Arte Italica recently became the first to introduce glass and pewter dinnerware and accessories.

As one of the leading importers of luxury European decorative accessories and tableware in the United States, Arte Italica captures the essence of Europe with every handcrafted product using the same techniques passed down through generations of skilled artisans. As an authorized Arte Italica dealer, we hope you enjoy exploring the unique and rare beauty behind the Arte Italica collection.

I was fortunate enough to meet Ms Skidmore in her New York showroom during a recent buying trip for MadisonAveGifts.com. Her enthusiasm and charming personality is directly related to the unique products that she creates! A lovely lady, celebrating the 10th year of a very successful endeavor.
